Here it is from another angle. Note the absence of closets - we get these lovely wardrobe armoire type things instead. It makes storage a bit tricky coming from a large walk-in closet in California.
This is my FAVORITE little nook in our house. I read here, relax here and drink my morning beverage here. The curtains are more of a cream color than the light yellow they look in the picture. The doorway that you can see on the far left of the picture is the entrance to our bedroom. To the right (not pictured) is Ava's bedroom.
PS The chair on the left is mine...

Bahahaha! Ok so your room is huge! It reminds me of the King's room on Cinderella for some reason. Haha (but then again, any room looks huge compared to ours). And I do like your little nook but it's so funny b/c I was looking at it and I said to Josh, "I wonder which chair Becca likes" and then I saw the P.S. haha. Thanks for the pics, keep em coming! I can't wait until you get the quilts for the kids rooms!

I love the nook!! Is it by chance on the east side of the house or does it face the garden. I think I would quickly become one of my favorite places also. Your home is looking really nice. I love Ava's princess hair. My girls loved me to braid their hair and then just comb it out, they loved the look.
Liss, I got the quilt for Van's room, but haven't even ordered Ava's yet. I will get Van's room pic up in the next couple of Days. Mom, It kind of overlooks the garden, and faces East, so it is really pretty in the morning. I can almost see Mt Ararat from the window. Ava's room has a great view of Mt Ararat though when the skies are clear!
Dad wants to know if you have plenty of room? I would love to see pics of the view out of Ava's room when the sky is clear. I think that the nook would also be a favorite of mine...I love the morning!!
I can't wait to see the rest of the house...what a nice home for you to enjoy while you are there.
